The first edition of HOGATEC at Messe Essen will occupy Fair Halls 1 and 3 and additional area too. It will occupy around 25,000 Square Metres.

Above all, the new positioning of HOGATEC has convinced many companies. In addition to the traditionally strong Technology section, the fair concept also includes the consolidation of Food + Beverages, Equipment and Services. The numbers of exhibitors will take account of the new concept: One third of the companies will come from the "Ambience, Design + Equipment" section and twelve percent from the "Food, Beverages + Semi-Luxury Goods" section.
